Algemene voorwaarden

1. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

• Deposit: 50% upon booking.

• Final Balance & Security Deposit: Must be paid 1 month before arrival.

• Cancellation: 0% fee if >30 days notice (unless 60 days is specified). 50% fee if within the last month.

2. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM.

• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM (keys to the office). Late check-out incurs a one-night penalty.

• Late arrivals: If arriving after hours, we will provide a safe box code (please notify us).

3. HOUSE RULES

• Respect: No parties or loud music (quiet hours: 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM).

• Sustainability: Responsible use of water/electricity. Keep windows closed when AC is on.

• Prohibitions: No smoking. Pets allowed only if pre-authorized.

4. PROPERTY CONDITION

• Issues: Report any damage within 24 hours of arrival.

• Departure: Leave the property tidy: dishes washed, trash removed, and furniture in its original place.

• Deposit Refund: Processed within 10 days after departure, minus any damages or extra cleaning.
